Fishery, Management, Conservation in South China Sea: Using the Practical Exchange to Promote to Fishery Cooperation
Dr. Nien-Tsu Alfred Hu and Dr. Shui-Kai Chang's latest publication found that two reasons of South China Sea's system crash. One is the weakness of control of fishing capacity, another is the lower of effectiveness of law enforcement. Therefore, we need to pay more attentions on the problem of law enforcement resources, policy prioritize and institutional efficiency.
